Shipping Policy

FEES

UK free delivery for all orders.

EUROPE flat fee of £9 for small parcels and £11 for medium/ big parcels.

REST OF THE WORLD flat fee of £10 for small parcels and £20 for medium/ big parcels.

International shipping you will be responsible for paying import VAT and any import duties for purchases sent from the UK, and any additional fees charged by the courier.

TIMING

UK 2 - 3 working days

EUROPE 3 - 5 working days

REST OF THE WORLD 5 - 7 working days

COURIERS SERVICE

UK orders we offer Royal Mail 2nd class standard.

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD we offer Royal Mail International tracked service.

Sometimes we opt for a private courier service, depending on the purchase types and any possible disruption service from Royal Mail.

Should you require a faster shipment please get in touch and we can arrange it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14 days return policy from the day your order is delivered.

Please email your return request at intomycloset.uk@gmail.com and we will provide further instructions.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED

ALL ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN WORN

ALL ITEMS ARE FREE OF ANY ODOURS

ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION

You can opt both for a replacement with another item (if cheaper the difference of price will be refunded)

or with a complete refund.
