  • - Do I need to create  an account to shop with you?
    No, you can place an order with a guest account without registering.
  • - How can I create an account?
    You can create an account by clicking "log in" on the top of thge page. You can register with your email, Facebook or Google creating a password, you can then add all your details saving you time when placing an order.
  • - How do I contact the customer care team?
    If you have specific questions about your online shopping experience or online order, you can email us anytime at intomycloset.uk@gmail.com We aim to return your email within 24 hours monday to Friday.
  • - Is my personal information kept private?
    We will never share any of your details with third parties.
  • - How can I pay for my purchase?
    We accept all the major credit cards. We also accept Paypal.
  • - Do you offer a student discount?
    Yes we do offer a 10% student discount :) Just add the WELOVESTUDENTS promo code at the checkout.
  • - Can I return or exchange my orders?
    We offer a 14 days return policy from the day your order is delivered. Please check full info at the Shipping and Returns page.
  • - Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do ship internationally. Please check our info at the Shipping and Returns page.
  • - Can I have my purchased item gift-wrapped?
    Yes we provid gift-wrapping service and, if you wish, we can delivery to a third address together with a hand-written card. Please select "add a note" at the checkout section, available just below the "enter a promo code" section.
  • - Can I get express delivery?
    Yes we do offer express delivery but buyers are responsible for the shipping cost. We are more then happy to provide the servive contacting us at intomycloset.uk@gmail.com We will respond to your enquiy within 24 hours providing the costs and the shipping times.
  • - Has the vintage garment been washed before I receive it?
    All our products are carefully steamed and then washed. The brand new items with tag and leather cloting/accessories are only treated with steam.
  • - What fabric/material are the vintage item made of?
    We check the manufactures' label on all items to identify what the product is made of. Some vinatge items don’t have any labels, and in that cases we try to identify the materials ourselves. However we can not always guarantee our identification.
  • - How do I figure out my size?
    Label sizing on vitage clothing may differ from today. For all garments we provide measurements. Please visit our Size Guide at the "Vintage care guide" page to get full information on how we take measurements. We are more then happy to provide additional measurements and information upon your request contacting us at intomycloset.uk@gmail.com
  • - What material is the handmade item made of?
    We use several upcycle materials offering a big choice of textures, colours and shapes. The combination of design, material and colour makes every single piece unique.
  • - How do I figure out my size for the handmade jewelleries?

  • - Can I order a customised piece from the handmade shop?
